Stephanie Owen
Partner & Founder
Stephanie is a partner and one of the founders of 3G Property Management. In her current role, she serves as Director of Operations and Strategic Planning. Stephanie's passion for property management ignited over 30 years ago after stepping into the industry. On day one, she set the goal to grow in the industry, committing to making property management her career. She has served in many positions in the industry working her way up from Leasing Consultant into executive roles for several well-known property management firms such as Mid America Apartment Communities, Bell Partners, Hawthorne Residential Partners, and Evergreen Real Estate. Stephanie places the highest commitment and focus on resident and investor satisfaction, knowing that someone's home and or investment is personal. She has managed multi-million dollar assets throughout the North and Southeast. with experience ranging from operations, leadership training, budgeting, lease-ups, and facility maintenance to managing millions of budgeted dollars in new construction and renovations.
When Stephanie is not working she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, cycling at the local parks, camping, and outdoor activities.

Cheryl Jackson
Partner & Founder
Cheryl is a Partner and one of the founders of 3G Property Management. She helps with the growth and development of the management portfolio. Her experience in the real estate industry stems from personal investments, where she worked on the rental side along with the planning and execution of interior and exterior renovations at multiple assets. Cheryl also has an extensive background in specialty chemicals sales. She graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a BS in Chemistry. She worked for large companies such as PB&S Chemical, American Industrial Chemical and Brenntag, Cheryl gained an extensive professional background in the chemical industry, building a strong customer base and increasing revenue and profits for each company. In 2012 she branched out on her own, starting ChemPak Company, LLC. Through years of hard work and commitment to her customers, vendors, and team, focusing on a partnership approach, she has driven her company to a multi-million dollar enterprise. While she captains the ship of her chemical business and works in the real estate industry she also has investments in multiple venture capital groups.
When Cheryl is not focusing on work she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends and working out.

Sue is a Partner and one of the founders of 3G Property Management. She is a respected innovative, execution Leader with 20+ years of high-impact, best-practice expertise within a pool of high-profile clientele and emerging growth corporations that share within the passion of her many success stories, and many of which, are noteworthy…just ask. Susan consistently boasts initiatives that align tightly with the top-level business plan imperatives and maintains the title of a “Game Change Leader.” As her commitment to building and changing high-performance cultures, Susan understands the importance of Minority-Owned Businesses today, and has earned the respect in the Real Estate Industry as one of the most exceptional “Minority-owned Owned Businesses,”…bar none. Susan currently maintains four Real Estate firms in the Southeast and proudly calls her entire team “family.” Real Estate has always been Susan’s passion. Her story is one that is nothing short of success and it has been a heartfelt journey. Susan is driven and has always embraced hard work. Her “in it to win it” and proven approach have created relationships that win right along with her…just as.
When Sue is not working she enjoys. spending time with her husband and grandchildren, playing golf, traveling, and working out.
